I wrote a book about these skills. It’s called ‘Human Powered’ and it became a bestseller a week after it was published. 5000 copies have been bought and downloaded across print, Kindle and audiobook.

I know the agency world inside-out - I ran my own agency for 15 years until we were acquired and I exited.

I've recently returned to the UK after a 6-month sabbatical. We took our kids out of school and went backpacking in Asia and Africa. I survived going hunting with tribesmen in Tanzania, having paint continuously thrown at me in India and being chased by leeches in the jungles of Borneo. But most importantly, I survived being with my family 24-7 for 6 months.
