About Robin

I'm an advisor and coach to some of the world’s best known agencies - including DDB, UM, Mindshare, McCann, The&Partnership and MullenLowe, as well as many leading independents, like AnalogFolk, Amplify and MSQ. 

Trained in International Coaching Federation standards and ethics, I'm the CEO and founder of Co:definery, an advisory and coaching practice that specialises in helping agencies thrive. 

I'm also a Marketing Week columnist, a mentor for SheSays and the co-chair of BIMA’s Future Growth Council. 

For leaders to build happier, healthier and more profitable agencies, I believe that business growth and personal growth must go hand-in-hand.
