Freia is an agency strategy, operations, and change expert and enables agency owners and senior leaders to overcome challenges and move into their next stage of growth. She guides agencies on how to move their strategy out of the boardroom and into the agency, and see their plans through to the implementation of positive, embedded changes and ways of operating. Freia set up her agency consultancy Be Reyt after 12 years of growing and improving agencies, scaling her own digital marketing department from 0-100 people, and delivering strategic and change programmes for one of the most successful digital agencies in the UK. Freia is a qualified Agile Change Manager, a Mental Health First Aider, and an experienced manager, and understands how to deliver operational change with a human-centric approach.
