Coaching has always been a big part of my leadership mentality. I have been coaching leaders for over 18 years. My philosophy has been, “What got you here, won’t get you there”. Leadership is a skill that needs to be continuously honed. Good leaders are made, not born. I work with leaders to outline practical action items to accelerate personal growth and acknowledge blind spots. With over 37 years of work experience in a variety of roles: marketing, sales, communications, events, operations, HR, PR and the diversity of working with both profit and not for profit organizations I have a breath of experience with different leaders.
